"New
Neighbors, New Friends"
Dora is new in the
neighborhood.
Tito lives next door.
He wonders, "Who is
she?"
He goes to her house
taking lots of toys.
He take a bat, a
truck, and a map of the world.
When he knocks she
opens the door.
Dora is glad to see
him. She shows him her drawing of trees and clouds.
They become good
friends.
The next day, they
go to school.
Tito has many, many
friends.
Dora is alone. She
does not have anyone with whom to play.
Tito thinks it would
not be nice to leave her all alone. So he decides to introduce
her to all his friends.
Dora thinks that her
new friends are nice.
They know everything
about school!
They play with lots
of different things.
They play with a
dinosaur, a doll, a bat, a ball, a cat, and truck.
Now, Dora does not
feel lonely anymore.
She even meets her
new teacher.
Tito is very happy.
Dora is a new neighbor and also a friend.
Dora is happy, too.
She likes her new neighborhood and her new friends at school.
Now they wonder if
their families will become good neighbor and friends, too.
