Yes or No Questions
Sometimes two different
sentences can have the same exact words. One is a statement and
the other is a question. Make a question from a statement by
placing the verb at the beginning of the sentence.
Example: We are
going to the mall. (statement)
Are we going to the mall? (question)
Questions like these can be answered
with a "no" or "yes". Also these types of questions are called
yes or no questions.
Decide which of the following questions are yes or no questions.

Change the following sentences into questions.
1. You are going to cook pasta. Are you going to

Choosing a Topic
Sometimes we write to express our thoughts,
worries, happiness, or place ideas in the world not generally
thought of. First, before writing it is important that you
choose what you are writing about.
This is called the topic.
It is best to choose to a topic that you are interested
in or are knowledgeable in the area to present the best reading.
Note: If you have a
topic that you do not know much about it is always best
to do some research and find out as much as possible before
writing.
